The Client is expressly responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to NETOSTONES - Raul Dias Neto, S.A. or third parties through the information provided.
NETOSTONES - Raul Dias Neto, S.A. is the entity responsible for processing Clients’ personal data, with the lawful basis for such processing being the performance of this sales contract.
In the event of a breach of the General Terms & Conditions, NETOSTONES - Raul Dias Neto, S.A. reserves the right to exercise any and all actions provided for by law. Furthermore, it also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate access to or use of the Website, with or without prior notice to the Client.

Portuguese law shall apply to any contractual disputes.
Disputes not resolved by agreement shall be submitted to the Portuguese courts or to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities available at www.consumidor.pt and www.cniacc.pt.
